Phase0 Email Triage
An email brief that helps its owner decide what deserves attention.
The Google authorization app is named phase0-email-triage. It reads selected messages from the owner's Gmail account, uses OpenAI to suggest categories and priorities, and displays the results in a private inbox brief.
What it does
- Checks new messages against exclusion rules before processing eligible email bodies.
- Suggests a category, priority, whether a reply may be needed, and a short explanation.
- Creates local digests and supports the owner's review and corrections.
Access stays limited
The application uses Gmail read-only authorization. It does not send, delete, archive, or relabel email. The owner reviews suggestions and takes any mailbox actions separately.
The application runs on the owner's computer. This public website contains no mailbox connection, inbox view, or link to the private application.
Selected email content is sent to OpenAI for classification. This is not an entirely on-device AI system. Read the privacy policy for the data fields and retention details.
